Christmas cake design on a little panettone

In the last years Anglosaxon Pastry has become a trend.

Here you are a practice and funny lab about the use of sugar pastry as topping and as decorationof cake with the student of the Corso per Pasticcere DIEFFE and the teacher Antonietta Cavalcanti - Provincial Delegate of the Italian Pastry Icecream and Chocolate Federation for the cityof Venice. Ex student of DIEFFE and cake design teacher all over Italy, Antonietta comes from a long familiar tradion connected to catering.

Starting from a little panettone or a little pandoro we will realize an animated decoration Christmas themed that you can prepare at home to surprising your guest.

The meeting is on Saturday 14th november from 16.30 to 18.30 in courses room 2, Pavilion 1.

Entrance € 25.

At the end of the event all participants will be honoured with the working kit used during the course.
