In this meeting the teacher Dieffe Antonio Roberto Bicego, an expert in sensory analysis of taste and smell, helped people learn about the different styles of beer, to recognize the features, to discover the aromas and flavors and understand the main criteria match, suggesting that the original combination of different types of beer specially selected Valrhona Chocolate.

The laboratories of tasting and food pairing beer by ACADEMY OF BREWERS CRAFTS DIEFFE represented a sensory learning experience really significant in which you could taste some beers produced by micro breweries present at the event accompanied by gourmet products also present in exhibition area.

The date was Sunday, November 2 from 20.00 to 21.00 in the training room 2.
