The laboratories of tasting and pairing beer-cheese by ACADEMY OF BREWERS CRAFTS DIEFFE represented a teaching experience-sensory really significant. It had been possible to taste some beers produced by micro breweries present at the event accompanied by gourmet products also present in the exhibition area.


The workshop had been conducted by the teacher Dieffe Antonio Roberto Bicego, expert in analysis and sensorial taste and smell that helped people learn about the different styles of beer, to recognize the features, to discover the aromas and flavors and understand the main criteria for matching.


The date was Sunday, November 2nd from 11:15 to 12:15 in the training room 2.
