How many times you've had to throw pieces of vegetables or leftover lunches important? Have you ever thought about the possibility of reusing these less noble parts to create new and tasty dishes at no cost and without waste?

Volpato Diego and the School San Gaetano di Vicenza offering a seminar on recycling in the kitchen. Chef Volpato, one of the most representative figures of Italian cuisine, examined the role of scraps and leftovers in the kitchen in a report entitled "The Dignity of cooking with leftovers." Then he made a demonstration of what has been said, making an omelet made with just egg whites, spices and small scraps of vegetables, cheeses and meats. At the conclusion of the students of San Gaetano enjoied with these 3 spunciotti Venetian / vicentini prepared using the less noble parts of different foods that are usually discarded.

The date was Tuesday, November 4th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm in the seminar room
