The answer to this and other questions had been founded in the conference dedicated to those who wish to undertake this type of activity. Nowadays it is not easy to disentangle the various laws of the Italian bureaucracy that often leads the brave entrepreneur to give up the idea of ​​opening a restaurant because discouraged by the long process ahead.

For this reason some of the leading experts on the topic gathered in Cosmofood to provide an overview of the "what to do" to open a bar or a restaurant giving some simple steps to follow.
