Giovanni Priolo, chef and owner of Osteria Latenasca, Master Chef of the Order of the Masters of Cuisine and Executive Chef, associated with the Italian Federation of Chefs and recognized by WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) revealed the secrets of Monococco SHEBAR®, an ancient Corn that was cultivated about 10,000 years ago in the central area of Turkey. An original showcooking dedicated to the cuisine of well-being, to discover the techniques of this ancient grain and how to use it to prepare the best dishes.

The date was Monday, November 3 from 12.30 to 13.30 in area demonstrations.
