How to Make Pizza? Using ancient grains and unrefined flour to rediscover the flavors of the past!

Making pizza is an art and nothing is left to chance.

Accompanied by MAURO Pozzer from Pizzeria "Alla Rotonda" in Thiene, we discovered how to prepare a delicious pizza at home, using ancient Sicilian grains and selected flours of the Vicenza area.

Mr. Pozzer therefore revealed the secrets of a good pizza maker (the component that determines the success of a pizza), explaining the benefits of using unrefined flours and ancient grains, their flavors, aromas and benefits than ordinary flour refined.

The date was Sunday, November 2nd from 12:30 to 14:00 in area demonstrations.
