On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the School of kitchen Sins Gluttony, Elena Merigo, head of the office of Montegaldella (VI), offered a curious live demonstration based on the book by Sebastian Molani, school teacher and son of Roberta Molani, founder of the institute, titled "Sweet and Salty" (ed. De Agostini, 2013).

In this event, we started from the realization of the puff pastry which, together with pastry, pasta brise and choux pastry, is one of the 4 basic pastas in the world of sweet and savory pastries.

Then proceeded to explain how to prepare a variety of sweet and savory recipes such as puff with Gorgonzola and pear and poppy, Swivels anchovy, tomato, Parmesan cheese, and finally the classic Greek pie Tarte Tatin.

The event was Saturday, November 1st from 13.00 to 14.30 area demonstrations.
