On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the School of kitchen Sins Gluttony, Elena Merigo, head of the office of Montegaldella (VI), offered a curious live demonstration on the book by Sebastiano Molani, school teacher and son of Roberta Molani, founder of the institute, titled "Sweet and Salty" (ed. De Agostini, 2013).

In this meeting Sebastian revealed the secrets of choux pastry, known to most as the dough for cream puffs, which is one of the 4 basic pastry in the world of sweet pastry and dining.

Therefore realized and explained different types of sweet and savory puffs: Cream puffs cheese and leeks, salmon and cream eclair to fennel, Paris Brest salty Bismarck, cream puffs

The date was Sunday, November 2nd from 10.00 to 11.30 area demonstrations.
