Today more and more people are approaching the kitchen and in particular natural and vegetarian cuisine, for ethical choices, for the welfare or out of curiosity. Learn to cook by following the styles of natural kitchen becomes a natural and healthy way of eating, in total respect of our Mediterranean food culture.

In this cooking class, accompanied by Ilenia Bazzacco, third place in the first season of the television program "Masterchef", people experienced the preparation of tasty dishes, with different styles of cooking, creating the right combinations and enhancing the flavor of fruits and vegetables seasonal vegetables and some ingredients from other traditions and cultures.

In particular, the participants in the cooking class learned how to prepare a delicious appetizer made ​​from broccoli, a vegetarian sandwich made ​​from soy beans, a pumpkin vellutata and a luscious chocolate tart.

The date was Sunday, November 2nd from 13:30 to 15:30 in the training room 2.
