Among the most used appliances in the kitchen there certainly the microwave. For many it is a valuable ally to heat or defrost food, but it can also be used to cook and prepare delicious recipes.

Martina Cortellazzo, chef and director of the school "ècucina" of Verona, formed at the Gambero Rosso in Rome and completed under the guidance of chef as Igles Corelli, Bruno Barbieri and Andrea Costantini, will guide you, aided by some chef of the school, in a culinary journey where flavor and presentation are the protagonists.

In this meeting dedicated to microwave, valuable tool if used with knowledge of the facts, you will learn how to build an entire restaurant menu with the tricks of the chef from appetizers to desserts, from carasau to pastry cream. All strictly using the microwave.

The event is Saturday, November 1st from 13.45 to 15.00 in the training room 3.
