A sensory journey to discover the characteristics of the wines and products in Southern Italy.

In this third round of Flavours & Pleasures by FISAR, we started from the concept of quality to go to the right preparation and service, and then get to sensory analysis, discovering how food can simultaneously engage all five senses. There were also recommendations on possible combinations and finally the opportunity to field test the information learned by tasting the different products offered.

The date was Tuesday, November 19th from 11.00 to 12.00 in the seminar room.
