The laboratory of cheese-beer tasting and pairing made by the "ACCADEMIA BIRRAI ARTIGIANI DIEFFE" represented a sensory-learning experience fot those who were there.

In this occasion participants could taste some beer made by the microbreweries participating at the fair, paired by several cheese choosen between thos of the exhibitors.

The workshop was conducted by Antonio Roberto Bicego, teacher at Dieffe, who is an expert in sensory-taste-olfactory tasting, that helped the participants to recognize the different types of beer, their characteristic, their flavours and to understand the main criteria for matching.

The event was Sunday, November 17th from 10.00 to 11.00 in the training room

It costed: € 5.00
