Cheese Tasting 2013


The delegation O.N.A.F. from Vicenza proposed at Cosmofood an interesting tasting dedicate to 4 italian cheese.

They started analyzing the steps to transform milk in cheese in a pat led to the production supported by demonstrative imagines. Than they arrived to the cheese tasting, giving the basis to be able to taste it, giving importance to sensory analysis. 

Then theory was followed by practice, where people could use this information tasting, helped by the delegate, 4 different italian cheese.

The appointement was on Saturday 16 November from 15h30 to 17h30 in the Seminary Area.
