Nichel. Intolerance? We cook it! 2013


Tiziana Colombo, foodblogger for La fattoria di nonna Paperina, presented her book "Nichel. L'intolleranza?La cuciniamo!" not only a cookbook but also an important and precious tool for all people that discovered being intolerant to Nichel and have to change their lifestyle.

The author. that is intolerant too, gives in this pages all the informations tha you can need to fight against this intolerance analyzing all the aliments, cooking methods, pots, recipies and giving usefull information about cosmetics and cleaners.

At the meeting there was also the Teacher Giuseppe di Fede, Sanitary Director of IMBIO (Institute of Biological Medicine), that responded to all questions about intolerance and allergies.

The meeting was on Saturday 16 November from 9h30 to 10h30 in the Seminar room.
