How to mantein an helthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste?

During the meeting, the Chef spoke about the so called "single dish", a full meal that associated in a single dish different nutritional principles: carbohydrates, protein, fat, fibers and vitamins.

Italian gastronomic tradition is full of example: polenta with meal and cheese, cereals and rice soup, chowder, risotto with sea foos or vegetables, pasta with ragout or pizza.  Eating one of this dishes, it's good and doesn't have a bad influence on a healthy lifestyle if people take some devices that the chef revealed during the meeting.

Then Andrea de Poli showed how to realize a single dish by proposing some simple recipies that people can realized at home.

The appointment was on Sunday 17 November from 17h30 to 19h30 in the Course Area.
