What are the characteristics of Japanese cuisine? How to prepare sushi?

We discovered it with Kim Sushi Chef. After living in Japan and knowing there the secrets of their cuisine and the art of preparing sushi, the chef De Benedet explained the Japanese cuisine as a multisensorial experience. Then she deepened the importance of aesthetics revealing the 7 secrets of this cuisine, by proceding presenting the principal ingredients, the tools to use and the traditional Japanese dishes. Then she spoke about the rules of the Japanese etiquette.

The appointment was on Sunday 17 November from 15h30 to 17h00 in the Seminary Area.
