Alessandro Polver chef of the Electrolux Chef Academy talked about finger food: happy hour, buffet, cocktail party,… the art of finger food prepared with precision conquered sectors fairs and shows itself as a cool alternative to traditional cuisine.

Here you are an interesting seminary, dedicated to the finger food world, little recipies to savor in one bite, where you can find taste and fantasy, both in a pub of the provinc than an american bar in the centre of a city, or in a top restaurant or in a chiosque over the sea.
