Vegan cookingshow 2013


The chef Stefano Caoduro by Personal Chef presented at CosmoFood a showcooking creating live a full menu entirely vegan.

Accompanied by Dr. Cristina Napoleon, herbalist, the chef has studied the nutritional properties of the individual ingredients used by focusing on the basic principles vegan nutrition, with the aim to shed light on the subject and spread this healthy way of eating through a natural cuisine, original and creative, but without sacrificing taste and flavor of the food.

In particular, the chef prepared a carrot and tofu cake with fancy pears, a pumpkin risotto creamy eith almond butter, roasted seitan in tamari and ginger, and finally a delicate tiramisu with rice milk and vanilla scented almond.

The event was Saturday, November 16th from 10:30 to 12.00 in area demonstrations
