The Good tables of the Bericis 2013


Founded over thirty years ago by an idea of Severino Trentin, the Association " The Good tables of the Bericis " brings together 7 restaurateurs who have become the standard bearers of tradition and food culture of the Vicenza area, thanks to their professionalism and creativity.

Seven restaurateurs united by passion and friendship, that love to gather around the same stove to continue to improve, invent, discover, in an incessant search of forgotten flavors and experimentation, keeping vigilant in respect of the territorial reality and how it can be derived. The expertise brought by each of them is transformed into a composite kaleidoscope of knowledge that gives each match a new flavor and unique, adding a food and cultural value.

A Cosmofood the group made a stew of broccoli fiolari with medallions of cod gib, risotto with rosole and pheasant breast, almond crumble with autumn fruits and sabayon dessert wine.

The appointment was Monday 18th November from 12.30 to 13.45 in the course room.
