A Cosmofood the group has proposed a cooking presentation titled "Autumn at the Table" making a pudding with cream of pumpkin with black pepper and Asiago sheets of scorzone of berici, pockets of potatoes with three cheeses and porcini padellati breast of guinea fowl stuffed chestnuts on a bed of radicchio autumn with pomegranate glaze.

The appointment was Monday, November 18th from 14.30 to 15.30 in the training room
