The success achieved by the many food and wine festivals and events promoted by the squares of the territory and the sincere appreciation of gourmet dishes served to have hinted that they were alive, among the people, the need to recover the simplicity of the recipes of the past, without sacrificing quality.

A Cosmofood the group has proposed a cooking presentation titled "Autumn at the Table" making a pudding with cream of pumpkin with black pepper and Asiago sheets of scorzone of berici, pockets of potatoes with three cheeses and porcini padellati breast of guinea fowl stuffed chestnuts on a bed of radicchio autumn with pomegranate glaze.

The appointment was Monday, November 18th from 14.30 to 15.30 in the training room
