Cookingshow "Christmas cakes: the Ankle Boots"

A classic Christmas tables, the log with chocolate, was the protagonist of this cooking show. Shape and Color indeed reproduce the log, the symbol of the festivities of the Nordic tradition.

The pastry chef Alberto Tosato performed step by step the various stages of preparation of the chocolate socket from ganache cream to pasta, from filling to final seal, with instructions and tips for the public to easily replicate the recipe at home. It was then a cooking show dedicated to all the greedy, which is given demonstrating the technical skills required in the fascinating world of pastry and how creativity and passion make the difference.

The date was Tuesday, November 19th from 10.30 to 12.00 in the training room
