The Bartender Andrea Cason by Bartenders Academy has fascinated the audience with a performance of flair bartending. We talked about the birth and development of the profession through the years, the new mixing techniques that are taking place in the Italian market, the various types of equipment and different assay techniques. He talked then of IBA cocktails to get to the demonstration of how to make a cocktail with different techniques and styles, starting with the Vintage, passing the Flair Bartending, up to the Molecular Mixology.

The event was Sunday, November 17th from 9.30 to 11.00 area demonstrations
